2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or place an order.
• By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Accounts may not be shared or transferred without prior written consent from Vaidham.

3. Products and Descriptions

Vaidham sells FSSAI-licensed Ayurvedic medicines and wellness supplements. We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including ingredients, dosage, and batch traceability information. However:

• Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual packaging may vary slightly.
• Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Account Registration

• You may register using a valid Indian mobile number. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent for verification.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately at care@vaidham.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Vaidham reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.

5. Orders and Payments

• An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. Vaidham reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or fraud detection.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable GST. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By placing an order you authorise us to charge the applicable amount.
• Orders once confirmed cannot be modified. Please review your cart carefully before payment.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Resell products purchased from the Platform without prior written authorisation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content
• Interfere with the proper working of the Platform

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaidham shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or products purchased thereon. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
