Returns & Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At Vaidham, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not satisfied, we make it right — simply and quickly.

1. Eligible Returns

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is:

  • Damaged or broken upon receipt
  • Expired or has a manufacturing defect
  • Incorrectly shipped (wrong product or quantity)
  • Tamper-evident seal broken upon delivery (not by you)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or used (unless defective)
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Returns initiated more than 7 days after delivery
  • Products purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions (marked as non-returnable at checkout)

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Support: Email us at care@vaidham.com or call +91 9812012345 within 7 days of delivery with your Order Number and reason for return.
  2. Photo Evidence: Attach clear photographs of the damaged/defective product and the outer packaging to your email.
  3. Return Approval: Our support team will review and respond within 48 business hours. Approved returns will receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and pickup instructions.
  4. Pickup or Drop-off: For approved returns, we arrange a free reverse pickup from your delivery address. If pickup is unavailable in your pincode, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking).
  • Bank processing may take an additional 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacements

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund for a defective or incorrect item, please indicate this when contacting our support team. Replacements are subject to stock availability and will be shipped within 3–5 business days after receiving your return.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled:

  • Before dispatch: Contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Full refund to the original payment method.
  • After dispatch: We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. Please follow the returns process upon delivery.
