1. Shipping Partners
Vaidham ships all orders via NimbusPost, a multi-carrier aggregator that routes shipments through BlueDart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC, Ecom Express, and India Post depending on your pincode and order weight for optimal delivery speed.
2. Delivery Timelines

Business days exclude Sundays and national public holidays. Timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or natural disruptions.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders with a cart value of ₹499 or above.
- Orders below ₹499 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹49.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before payment confirmation.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation SMS and email with your tracking number once the order is picked up by the courier.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you can track your shipment in two ways:
- Log in to your Account → Orders → View the specific order for real-time tracking.
- Use the AWB (Airway Bill) number sent via SMS/email on the carrier's website directly.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails because you are unavailable or the address is incorrect:
- The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts on different days.
- After 3 failed attempts, the package is returned to our warehouse.
- Re-delivery of returned packages incurs an additional shipping charge.
- Ensure your phone number and delivery address are correct at checkout to avoid delays.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or with broken seals, please refuse the delivery or document the damage with photographs immediately and contact us at care@vaidham.com within 24 hours. See our Returns & Refund Policy for next steps.
