ArthReliv is a classical Ayurvedic proprietary joint support oil formulated with eleven therapeutic oils — each selected for its traditional role in supporting joint health, muscle flexibility, natural pain relief and improved local circulation. In Ayurveda, joint stiffness, aching and restricted movement are primarily attributed to the accumulation of Vata in the joints — drying the synovial fluid, creating friction and reducing the natural lubrication of joint tissue. WHAT IS IN ArthReliv Each 100ml of ArthReliv contains: Gandhapura Tail (Gaultheria fragrantissima) — 28ml The single largest ingredient in ArthReliv. Gandhapura (Wintergreen) is the primary warming agent — its active compound methyl salicylate creates the characteristic warming sensation that increases local blood circulation and aids penetration of the deeper therapeutic oils. Nirgundi Oil (Vitex negundo) — 20ml One of the primary classical Ayurvedic herbs for joint and muscle support. Traditionally used for its role in supporting natural inflammatory response and reducing Vata accumulation in joints. Kapur Oil / Camphor (Cinnamomum camphora) — 10ml Creates the cooling-then-warming counterirritant effect — a well-documented mechanism for supporting the body's natural pain response while the base oils do their deeper work. Gandhabiroja Tail / Pine Resin (Pinus longifolia sap) — 5ml Classical Ayurvedic resin used in traditional joint formulations for its penetrating and warming properties. Nilgiri Oil / Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) — 6.6ml Supports local circulation and provides the characteristic cooling clarity that makes the formula feel immediately active on application. Lemon Grass Oil (Cymbopogon citratus) — 5ml Supports circulation and adds a fresh therapeutic quality to the blend. Kalonji Oil / Black Seed (Nigella sativa) — 5ml Classical Ayurvedic multi-action oil — traditionally used in external preparations for joint and muscle support. Spice Oil — 5ml Proprietary blend of: Clove (Syzygium aromaticum), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), Myristica fragrans (Nutmeg), Cinnamomum tamala (Tej Patta), Ajwain, Trachyspermum ammi, Sesame (Sesamum indicum) Til Oil / Sesame (Sesamum indicum) — 4.9ml The master Ayurvedic carrier oil. Sesame has a molecular structure that allows deeper tissue penetration than most carrier oils — carrying every herb in this blend beyond the skin's surface to where it is needed. HOW TO USE ArthReliv Apply sufficient quantity of oil on the affected joint or muscle area. Massage gently in circular motions to facilitate penetration. Leave it on — do not wash off immediately. A warm compress or gentle heat before application enhances penetration. Best used morning and evening for consistent results. FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. Do not ingest.
